自2024年11月13日起，张文根正式担任瑞福德汽车金融有限公司董事，同时项兴初不再担任瑞福德汽车金融有限公司董事和董事长。

自2024年11月18日起，张文根代为履行瑞福德汽车金融有限公司董事长职务，代为履行董事长职务的时间自国家金融监督管理总局安徽监管局核准其董事长任职资格后终止。

With effect from 13 November 2024, Mr. Zhang Wengen formally serves as a Director of FAF. Meanwhile, Mr. Xiang Xingchu ceases to serve as Director and Chairman of FAF.

With effect from 18 November 2024, Mr. Zhang Wengen acts as the Chairman of FAF on an interim basis. Such interim chairmanship shall terminate upon the approval by the Anhui Regulatory Bureau of the State Administration of Financial Supervision of his qualification to serve as Chairman.
