根据瑞福德汽车金融有限公司2026年4月29日第六届董事会第五次会议决议：瑞福德汽车金融有限公司总经理刘宪志先生兼任公司首席合规官；彭亮先生不再担任瑞福德汽车金融有限公司首席财务官。

Pursuant to the resolution adopted at the Second Shareholders' Meeting of FAF held on April 29, 2026: Mr. Joan Cornella Martorell (高军) shall no longer serve as a Director of FAF. Pursuant to the resolution adopted at the 5th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of FAF held on 29 April 2026：Mr. Liu Xianzhi, the General Manager, concurrently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer of FAF. Mr. Peng Liang shall no longer serve as Chief Financial Officer of FAF.
